Shipping and Returns Policy

At Medtogs, every product passes strict quality checks before getting dispatched. We usually ship products that do not require any customisation within 2 working days. Products that require name and / or logo customisation are shipped within 3-5 days. 

 At Medtogs, every product passes strict quality checks before getting dispatched. However, if you are unhappy with the product or require exchange, we accept free returns and exchange on most of our products that have not been customised with name / logo embroidery. Return policy for doctors scrubs and surgical caps is individually mentioned under each product, kindly refer that before purchasing.

We also provide exchange for most products if the exchange is initiated within 7 days of order reaching the customer. The products should be  unworn and unused with tags attached.

After the return/ exchange intimation, the products need to be sent back to our warehouse. Products are verified for unused / unworn and tags intact, refund is issued to the same source of payment. Refund will be reflected within 7-10 days after the approval. For cash-on-delivery orders, we require bank details for refund.
